Insurance
The Springfield Psychological Center provides the service of filing your insurance claims for you. Due to the wide variety of types of insurance coverage available, we cannot guarantee that any particular company will provide payment for the services you receive. In addition, some plans have deductibles and/or require preauthorization for services. You are responsible for checking with your insurance company or your employer to be certain they cover services provided and to obtain precertification for visits.
If your insurance carrier requires specific referrals from another source to our office (e.g., primary care physician or HMO), you are responsible for obtaining your referral. Please note that many insurance companies limit the number of covered visits per year.
